Globe as part of its ongoing commitment of support services has introduced several initiatives to provide Turf Managers with information and training.

The latest such initiative is a Staff development program for Golf Clubs whereby Globe is sponsoring an inter club staff exchange opportunities. This allows Turf Managers to develop their skills by the knowledge and experiences gained at other Golfing and Turf Facilities.

As part of this Program in February Globe and the Royal Adelaide Golf Club have arranged for Superintendents or a staff member from other states the opportunity to participate in the preparation of the Jacobs Creek Open.

We are looking for nominations from interested Superintendents or staff to be selected for this particular Turf Managers Staff Development Program.

Globe will provide the successful nominations with Airfares, Accommodation, and associated tours of other state turf venues.

We would also like to hear from any Superintendent/ Club who would like to host a visiting staff member from another state.
